1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 399bey ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Any player found to have misrepresented their age during registration will have their account permanently closed. Any winnings accrued during a period of underage use will be forfeited without exception. 3 Account Registration & Security

Chargebacks

8 Account Closure & Termination

Upon receiving a closure request, 399bey will process any pending withdrawals of legitimate funds to your verified payment account before finalising the closure. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Termination by 399bey

399bey reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account has been used to engage in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• The account holder is subject to a self-exclusion order that they have circumvented by registering a new account.
• Continued operation of the account represents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to 399bey.

Where an account is closed by 399bey for cause, any funds determined to have been obtained through the conduct that led to closure may be withheld pending investigation. 399bey will communicate the outcome of any such investigation to the account holder via their registered email address within a reasonable timeframe.

9 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by 399bey's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10 Amendments to These Terms

399bey reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via their registered email address and/or via an in-platform notification.
